Making this very difficult for those of us that work according to schedules and have to be available for these major upgrades including testing/redeploying dashboards, etc afterwards. Many of us have requested/locked in time-off in advance around these scheduled events. These constant changes/fixes make me wonder if there has been recent turn-over or retirements at Epicor.

Agreed, lucky the change didn’t fall on my vacation but I feel for those that it does.

I’m still happy about them not doing the Pilot upgrade the weekend before Insights so we’ll have a full test cycle time.

I feel for you, I do, but far more people I believe will see this as a welcome reprieve.

I’m afraid it’s probably not long enough a delay for some. 3 months would have been better.

We were just talking about that now. Guessing we will be in pilot for minimum 3 months before rollout. Time to start a pool?

I’ll pick the first date - whenever the NY Mets are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

(Opening Day is not an acceptable guess.)

Also, with the CMP, you can probably apply the update yourself early (if it’s available).

Who knows, the real reason could be that they are not ready…

Lol, well considering their calendar shows they are doing the Production Linux Migration the same weekend for US Central I would say you are probably right.

If anyone from Epicor is monitoring threads like this I would REALLY appreciate these announcements include when the upgrades will be available in the cloud management portal.

I prefer to manage the updates/upgrades myself to make sure it’s done at a time that is convenient for our company. Not knowing when it will be available makes that exceedingly difficult.

So far, but we’ll see if they don’t change it again.
