5.2 RFQ Form

I think this is related to the similar issue with many Crystal forms (PO, Quote, etc...) where the .DLL files (in the Vantage/dll folder) are different from the ones used on the PC with the development copy of Crystal. There have been various theories and solutions in prior message threads that might be worth searching for. Most involve copying the DLLs from one place to another (make copy under different name like .DLX of the current file, just in case). I think I also tried downloading and applying latest patch release for Crystal 8.5 and then updating .DLLs in the Vantage folder.

Hi everyone!

Since I have upgraded us to 5.2 when we create a duplicate RFQ the line details do not show up on our RFQ form. This only happens when we create duplicate RFQ's. Our form is a custom form so I got a hold of Epicor and they sent me the standard form to try. Unfortunately, the standard form has not helped.

Has anyone else encountered this with version 5.2?
