All report builder report filters should begin with the company
identifier
first. In the filter, select the company field from the table you are
working with and enter the company id. If you don't know what the id is,
go
to System management, Config Maint., company.

I did a report builder report and I want it to run using the current

You can "bolt" the company into the filter. This makes the report for jsut that company but users can change the filter when they run it.

Or, if you are looking for the report to be "automatically company flexible" it gets a little more difficult and involves changing the master table for the report which pretty much means starting from scratch. This is something best done from the very start of the report writing process. Once you have the current company that logged in to you can link to your 'real" master table via just company code. I can send you a sample report off-list if this is what you are trying to do.
