[6.1] RMA Processing - Can't add line

Not exactly but you got me on the right track. I tried doing the RMA without linking to an order and it complained about the unit of measure being missing. Looking at the part I saw that all of the U/M fields were blank whereas other parts had "EA" in them. Adding U/M's of "EA" on the suspect part did the trick.

I have had similar issues with screens before where you hit enter and
nothing happens but you can hit cancel and the screen will close. The
issue for me has always been a master table with a deleted or
de-activated record. Typically the cause has been Finance de-activating
an account code without changing the part class (reason code, etc) that
used the account. For the part that isn't working, I would verify the
master table fields for the part, product group, part class, etc. and
see if you can find anything that is not active or is missing.

I'm up against the wire on an RMA issue. User has to get it entered
before she can leave for long holiday weekend and vacation next week.

We have one part on a customer for which we can not add an RMA line. We
can add lines for other parts for this customer and can add RMA's (line
and all) for other customers.

Behavior is that all works OK up to the point of clicking on "OK".
Nothing happens. Button looks depressed then pops back up. Nothing
happens, no error message or warning. With other parts the screen goes
away and the line has been added.

Support is working on this as well but any help I can pass along to them
would be appreciated by my user who wants to hit the road ASAP.
