700B -> 702A Upgrade Issue

I should clarify, this is just for the 9.05.700b -> 9.05.702A upgrade process.

I have not yet began anything with E10.

Hoping someone out there has ran into this.
I duplicated our entire E9 environment, and am getting things ready to do a first round exploratory E10 upgrade.
When I am patching up our E9 install, I get the following error during the mandatory conversions:

Has anyone ran into this themselves, and if so, how did you solve it?

Jason -

First we exported BAQ, BPM, Data Directives, Dashboards, Prod. Configs and Customizations.

Then we loaded these into 10 (one at a time) controlling each piece so as to minimize errors during the db conversion. There was too much ABL in our world to trust the automation scripts.
