Custom reports from menu items with the "edit filters" enabled are
particularly bad. People would double click the "print preview"
button. The 1st click really started the report, but it takes a few
seconds to initialize. The 2nd click snaps the "focus" back to the
original dialogue box, so when the edit filters box finally appears it
opens behind everything else. And it's modal, so the rest of Vantage is
"frozen" till they find and close it.
