Is that for real? I'm already finding that I'm unable to generate
serial numbers in groups for all the product we have on the shelf so
that's unfortunate.
Secondly, having to go back and modify jobs repeatedly sounds even
worse not to mention the facility to generate the serial numbers
appears clunky. Nothing against our assembly employees, but I can
already see major problems with them trying to create and issue
serial numbers.
I'd like to simply create a batch of thousands of serial numbers
ahead of time for parts and have them pick them as they receive them
into inventory. Even that sounds like a mistake to be honest but I'm
trying to figure the best way to do this while reducing the potential
for major mistakes.
