Actions > Schedule > Job Scheduling Board error

Our schedulers receive an error message “MenuID ESGO1140 is not valid for the current user”. Does anyone else have this issue? They have access to that menu ID.
I didn’t realize this was an issue until they started doing some testing in PILOT for us for the latest version and they were hoping this would work now.

Make sure that the module they are using is activated in the license section of Admin Console. Just a thought…

That would be Job Entry and that is activated.
