Advanced Material Management inquiry

Has anyone recently added the Advanced Material Module? I would like
to know any experiences anyone has had with implementing the module
and the level of friendliness for the end-user.

Thanks,

Jason

Is anyone out there using this module to give you the ability to track
the location of WIP through out the plant? If so, if you could please
let me know if you would be willing to discuss your use of it (and what
Vantage version that you are on) off line. Bermo was at the forefront of
the original AMM in working with Epicor (Dataworks at the time) in
Vantage 4.0 in the design of a simple WIP tracking system that we have
continued to use over the years and now use with Vantage 5.2. We are
attempting to move to Vantage 8.03 on 01/02/07 and would like to to use
the AMM module which we thought could be a replacement for our custom
wip tracking program that we designed with Epicor way back when but are
finding it to be very complicated (especially for the average material
handler) and the problems that seem to be created by the fact that AMM
is using labor transactions to drive WIP movement. My email is
tim.goertz@.... Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
