We RDS into our EPICOR servers that are hosted.
Does anyone know if we need to install the administration tool on those servers? OR can we install it locally on our computers?

Install of APM isn't the easiest - best to get help if you are unsure.


To setup document distribution there is a document on how to setup the processing in APM. It is located in the FILES section of this list. It puts many of the pieces together to make sure documents go out as you intend.

We have APM for our SaaS. Currently having consultants do the install & configuration since our reports don't change often enough to really justify needing on site configuration knowledge.

There are a couple of people in Epicor Support who are wizards at this... Karen McCullah and Skip Murphy (can I name names here?)... between the two of them they can get you up and running pretty quickly.
