I told them good luck closing the month, because there will be End of Month issues we haven’t found yet, and surely will come to surface in about 7 days.

My anxiety’s already escalating faster than an EpicCare case.

This happens so much, and it begs the question- where’s the value in all these features? Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t build an ERP system not based on best practices or ignore cutting edge features/tech, but I feel Epicor thinks every company is buttoned up perfectly, following every best practice, no issues with any of the base functionality, and that we have this overwhelming need for “new” features and that we all have the bandwidth to absorb these disruptions for the sake of “innovation” …

BTW, I agree with you, But my approach was just a Band-Aid since the issue reported was the EpicCare were not doing enough monitoring of the type wanted? Sometimes I prefer to complain…I love to complain, lol. But sometimes, I just want something ‘good enough’ for now.
