How do I do I unlock at group in E10? I was thinking in an older version I could run a conversion but forget.

If that user is available, get them to open the group and then close it again. This will unlock it.

I know I can do it that way but is there not another way?
Log in as that user and do it for them. 
We use Windows authentication. So I could temporarily change that users domain id to my own. Then when I login, E10 thinks I’m that user.
Just make sure you have another security manager, who can then change you back.

There is another way… but it involves a small a SQL script which is very much frowned upon but in this instance low risk.
If you’re on prem, and have the ability to run a script then let me know.
yes… make an updateable BAQ on the APInvGrp table with the "“ActiveUserID” field being updateable. Find that group and delete the value in the field.
