I need any additional attachments in a quote to be included as an attachment when the APR is send. Below is the quote APR and the reference of the additional pdfs associated with a quote. Thank you for your help.
I think you can use the “Add Docstar Attachment”, but you have to fetch the document id from the attachments table in ERP that is associated with the quote…
I’ve recently done similar with our purchase orders, I couldn’t find a way to do it with APR so I ended up doing a UI customization that prints the PO pdf to a network location, then I hooked up a BPM to retrieve that pdf and any attachments on the PO Entry screen and a couple of standard QA documents and then email it off to our supplier.
I’ve done the first part for our Quote module where it prints the pdf to a network location from a button on the UI
So it is doable, just depends on which way you want to tackel it
