Does Advanced Print Routing (APR) allow you to automatically print or email? can the Terms and Conditions automatically print or email when printing a Purchase Order. Or, can PDF drawings or document automatically print when printing a Job. I.e. system file attachments.

Yes, you can setup APR to print or email, with lots of custom options. As for T&C, I believe a common way is to make a separate report with those terms on the last page and use “Alternate Report Style” in APR to choose that report with the T&C.
Re: PDF drawings / documents, you need to license DocStar and then you can “Take DocStar Attachment” to bind external documents to the APR workflow.
