We have a request in 8.03.410 to automate a BAQ that a user created to export to a CSV file. I started by creating a process set to run and attached to the task agent, but not sure how to have it export to a csv.
Have you looked at utilities "Business Activity Query Export Process"?
You can submit to a schedule and specify CSV, pretty simple to use.
It dumps to the report directory - of the user who scheduled it.
So, might take some fiddling if that user doesn't have access to the utilities menu.
