Backflush Checkbox in Job-Closing issue

Thank you Manasa and yep, that's what we are having to do.

Probaly with a little time after this project, I'll address thoroughly because we use it heavily; I'll inform the group if I have any luck!

Good morning all.

We have a few people closing jobs (in a special-project mode) and we are finding jobs that have the "Backflush" box available and some don't.. (I understand that should have an exlanation if researched).

The problem is: A user opens a Job (in Job Closing) and has the Backflush box NOT available to check, but the person right next to him opens the same Job and HAS this box available....

We are in 8.03.407

Are they both using the "base" customization?

Thank you Blake. Yes, they are using a BASE customization.... Little note though; the person not being able to check Backflush, logged out and back in and was able to do some of the previously "restricted" ones... but it started having that problem again. Awkward, eh?

We use backflushing extensively in one of our companies and yes, as you
noticed, it is an incredible obnoxious glitch.



It happens to us every so often. Usually a refresh gets us out,
otherwise we close the screen, get back in and there it is magically
again!
