Barcode On Traveler Not Printing with Crystal Runtime

Brian's response was the one that worked. We had the font on the machines, I just needed to open them to get it to work.

I created a custom barcode for our job traveler that holds all the information to get through the "Start Production Activity" process in MES. It will fill in Job #, Assembly, and Operation #. The problem I am having is I am the only one that can print the barcodes. They will not print on any machine that is only running the runtime version of Crystal Reports. The only time the barcodes will print is when one of the three computers with a full Crystal license prints the traveler. Does anyone know of a way to get the runtime version to print a custom barcode like that on 8.03.404b?

Are you sure your barcode-font is actually installed on the other
machines? We had to manually add the font to each workstation.

Are you getting text instead of a barcode where the barcode should be?



Try copying dwbar39.ttf from one that is working to C:\Windows\Fonts
folder of one that isn't working.

Barcode font needs to be installed. My guess it's either not on the server
or on the client or both.

You might be able to copy the font out of the font directory
