Blank Title 41509

We use Metaframe and Terminal services with our remote facility and it
works well. We have them run in a terminal session at our remote site
and Vantage, Office and email all are run in that mode. We have 6 users
and 4 data collection machines, our data link is a 384 kbs frame circuit
which we also run voice over.

We are moving our affiliate (sister) company into a facility about a
mile
away. This company has 8-10 users. Besides Vantage, all Internet
Connectivity, spyware monitoring, and other system drives are accessed
through our main server.

My question for the group is if anyone has experience in remote
connectivity
with Vantage. We could lease dedicated T-1 lines, however, we have seen
performance degradation since we upgraded from 5.2 to 6.1 in our other
remote location. Is anyone else using T-1's for remote connectivity?

Is anyone out there using a dedicated Terminal Services Server for
remote
connectivity? How do you have it setup?

Option C is to split the database into two databases and just have a
seperate Vantage install. Has anyone done this?

I would appreciate any feedback you can give.
