A couple weeks ago now we upgraded from 10.2.500 to 11.2.400. All of our resource groups are set to Burden=Labor, and now in 11.2.400, the burden hours don’t appear to be calculating correctly when an employee is clocked into multiple jobs at the same time. The labor hours are correct, but burden does not always match. I have a support ticket open with Epicor, but so far their proposed solution was to just use Job Adjustment to make the corrections… Any ideas? I have not seen any trends so far and nothing has changed on our resource groups since the upgrade.
