We have had a few buyers leave and we need to mass change their buyers workbench to current buyers. How can this be achieved?
I think changing the buyer on the part class and then doing a full regen will change the suggestions. POs already created will probably take an updateable BAQ.
This this all can be done via a DMT on PartPlant.

Have you done a DMT before? I have attached a spreadsheet that I have used to do this.
All fields will need to be filled out.
PartNum: Part Num straight forward
The buyerID is the Buyer Code from the Buyer Maintenance screen. If you are familiar with the database it is the PurAgent Table. (BuyerID)
The Company and Plant is also easy for us as we only have one option for each. Yours might be different.
If you need to figure out what is in the database; a BAQ on PartPlant will show you what needs to be in the fields.
Once you get the spreadsheet filled out use the DMT tool, use file and process.
