Can you create a quote from a project?

I have read that you can create a quote from a project using the PROJECT ENTRY application by using the “Actions” menu, but I am not seeing this option in our installation. Is it true that you can actually do this?

I’m only aware of linking existing items but not adding them from Project Entry.

I think Case Entry allows you to enter new items though…
