I wanted to state the sometimes not-so-obvious........
Assuming your PILOT and LIVE environments are on the same physical
server, as they usually are, they all share the same
mfgsys803\server\reports folder.
Therefore, if it's not working in PILOT, it shouldn't work in TEST or
LIVE.
And always make sure any changes you make to a 'canned' repot are saved
separately from the 'canned' reports. I always make a subfolder under
mfgsys803\server\reports and store all my customized forms and reports
there prefaced with my company's initials.

I believe that report is OpenPO.rpt.
Make sure it's in your production environment's server\reports folder.
If it's not there, copy it from PILOT.
