Within Change PO Suggestions, I keep getting an error when I attempt to click REVIEWED and save my progress. “Key field has changed, please refresh prior to performing an update”. I’ve tried every possible sequence but there is only one way to do it, basically. Also, I always remembered that having the REVIEWED button selected and, upon saving, would remove that item from the Change Suggestion List, do I have that correct? Or would it simply be flagged as being in a REVIEWED status but still show up each time I open up the change suggestions list?
According to the field help, the effect of the Reviewed checkbox is that in the search panels of BOTH New PO Suggestion and Change PO Suggestion, you have the option of filtering your searched PO suggestions as “all,” “reviewed,” or “not reviewed.” They don’t say that’s the only effect, but especially if you find a way to default the search to “not reviewed” then the effect of checking the box would be to remove the suggestion from the searched result list.
