Citrix and Global Alerts

I have it working and yes Outlook needs to be on the server.

Hi Everyone,
I recently added a few Vantage clients to our Citrix server. The global
alerts worked before I added them to Citrix. Does Outlook have to be on the
Citrix server in order for the alerts to work? Does anyone have this done
