Has anyone linked Collaborate to Teams?
We need to fill in the details here but I don’t know where to get them from?
Note: we are on-prem.

I think you need to get them from Azure AD and setup an App for Collaborate, once you’ve done that you should have an App ID and an App Secret, that’s my guess. I have never done it so that’s as much as I know.
I did notice that you were on a thread back in 2020 Collaborate and Microsoft Teams - #3 by Alexandre_Pothier so perhaps @Alexandre_Pothier sorted it out.
