Ive been looking at Epicor Collaborate for our business, and I wanted to know if there were any major issues to look out for. We would mainly be using the product for its notification feature so I dont have to make a BPM every time.

I can speak to it a little bit if you have some questions. We are planning to use it like a chat window with a bit of notifications, and so far I think it’s OK unless you are wanting inter-company communication - that’s what it can’t do easily.
Thanks for the input. Something that ive been trying to get a definite answer on is if the notifications show in the Modern/Classic view of Epicor, or if it only works in the Kinetic view.
You can do it in the classic interface, although it’s called the Quick Access Panel, and you ‘toggle’ it on/off using the action menu in the classic forms. The kinetic homepage has an icon for it in the left hand menu,
