It is still occurring with other columns unfortunately, ugh! Luckily the workaround still functions.
I have the following doing the same thing:
- PODetail.UnitCost
- PartTran.ExtCost
- PartCost.StdMaterialCost

Argh! You’re right. We’re running 2024.2.15 and I can easily recreate with any non-Doc currency column. What version are you on? I wonder if it was actually fixed in 2024.2.10 and then un-fixed … Anyone running 2024.2.10 who can test this? If you’re using the BPM, disable it, then toggle the Disable Currency Toggle checkbox for any non-Doc currency column to make it disappear/reappear.

Apparently PRB0267647 has now been fixed in 12.1.100, aka 2026.1

I think that 12.1.100.0 is actually 2025.2.

I still do not believe this is resolved, even in the latest version (12.1.100.7/2025.2.7). We have a dashboard that will consistently have a column that is missing:
Toggling the Hide property for the grid column will bring it back, until it goes away again.
Its the currency toggle. Turn it off.

In 2025.2.10, in the Part Transactions card of the Job Status app, the cost columns are missing even though they are listed in the grid model columns. Checking ‘Disable Currency Toggle’ on these columns in a customization solves this.
PRB0276747 now shows as Closed/Resolved and was last updated yesterday, 2026-02-03. The last related task was for 2025.2.10. So this looks like it is not yet (fully) rolled out.
This should be reported to Epicor.
I swear this worked before when I tested it in 2025.2. But the problem is still here in 2025.2.10 (I checked Job Status and a dashboard). Maybe it was resolved in 2025.2.9 and brought back in 2025.2.10???

I just confirmed it’s the same problem. I had disabled the BPM that fixes it (see Column not showing in Kinetic grid/personaliztion, is in data view - #12 by mbayley) but if I enable it, all those cost columns magically appear in Job Status / Part Transactions.
