How do others handle printing commercial invoices for carriers other than the carriers in QuickShip, DHL, etc. Is there a way to generate Commercial Invoices within Epicor?

Commercial Invoices within Epicor

As far as I know… nothing standard in Epicor.
Instead I’ve added custom reports at some sites, usually based on the pack slip…wasn’t too hard.
