I called epicor on this.  They were nice enough to create an updatable BAQ that I should have thought of.  Anyways it took care of the problem once I updated it to "A" and i've actually used it a few times since.


As for the BAQ it was nothing fancy, we pretty much pulled in all fields and made status updatable.

Our converted labor from V6.1 was marked as E=Entered, not A=Approved.
We can't Close a Job now because labor has not been approved.
We can't go back an approved labor because it's locked down in the new version.
        (Can't update record after information has been transferred to payroll.)

Has anyone been down this path. Any comments?

Our converted labor from V6.1 was marked as E=Entered, not A=Approved.

We can't Close a Job now because labor has not been approved.

We can't go back an approved labor because it's locked down in the new version.

        (Can't update record after information has been transferred to payroll.)
