Crash printing external documents (Crystal) from Vantage 6.1 XP

Does anyone else have an issue with Vantage not collating reports? When I
print multiple copies of a multi-page report it will not collate. Vantage
is the only program that is like that, I did a couple of tests out of word
and excel and they seemed to work fine. Of course when I informed tech
support they told me to make sure the collate box was checked (such advanced
thinking).

* I have the same problem. I am running a Win XP ver2002 sp2 box
with Vantage
5.20.325.

It seems random. Sometimes when I print Vantage disappears. It happens a
couple times a day. I checked to see if my session gets hung from the abrupt
shutdown but it does not? Very strange.

Dear All - this may have been asked here already - but I have been
asked by Epicor in response to our questions - for a quick straw pole
on the number of Vantage users effected.

Basically the symptons are:

User prints an Job Traveller (or any other Crystal document) and the
vantage screen 'disappears' without any error message.

We are on XP SP2 and Vantage 6.1 but I am told it is probably a
compatibility issue between Prowin32 and MS Visual C.

So how many of there are you?

Many thanks

I thought there was something wrong with our setup. Our users are
experiencing this problem, too. Is Epicor close to a suggestion? We
have contacted them about it but they haven't offered any help yet.
