Create Quote in PDF in Epicor 10

Hi there,
Epicor has the availability to create a quote in PDF format. The functionality is there, it currently doesn’t work though in our system. I am wondering how to customise the Epicor option so that quote can be created in PDF format.

I mean epicor supports PDFs natively… What exactly are you running into?
File -> Preview / Print PDF

Thanks for the prompt response. I have identified the solution to the problem. It is related to our company’s workflow. If user does not complete the whole workflow in relation to the quote, then he/ she will not be able to generate a quote. All sorted out!. Thanks mate!
