Credit Card Authorisation

Thanks for the suggestions

Epicor finally helped - apparently a problem with the certificate so it
needed to be reloaded onto the client machines

It's part of their software and why you pay for a maintenance plan every
year.

Are you using the ESDM components?

I would stop them all and then turn them back on in this order:

Epicor Authorization Service Lite
Secure Data Encryption Certificate Installer
Secure Data Service
Secure Data Web Service

If one of them doesn't start, then that's where your problem lies, sometimes
it can be resolved with a system reboot because some process stole a port
and that can prevent some of those services from starting.

Sadly Epicor are not willing to support this - don't understand why - will
have a look at the Trace though to see if it can shed any light

I'd get Epicor on it first. Assuming they can't get it straightened out in a
timely manner, run a trace and see what method is sending up the error.
That may or may not prove enlightening. If it doesn't help, you're probably
at Epicor's mercy on this.

You could try turning up the logging on your appservers, but I have a
suspicion it won't help too much in this case.
