Credit Card Issues on Order Entry

I have one user that can not save a CC, can’t authorize or sale.

They do have the cert.
Already cleared client cache and removed personalization’s.

Issue still persists but only for this one user.

We are on 10.2.700.7

Can you delete the user’s personalization and clear cache?

We already tried that. Didn’t work or help.

Is there an error message?

No, there is not.

Did you try moving a different machine? Is it the user or the computer?
