Specific User getting an error

Only user getting this below error. Any thoughts? I disabled and enabled this user and checked but no breakthrough

2 things I would try:

  1. Clear the client cache

  2. Remove any Main Menu personalisation for that user.

Okay thank you for your quick help. User could not login to do the clear the client cache but let me do the point 2.

You can delete the cache manually outside of being able to login.

Default location is here: ‘C:\ProgramData\Epicor\epicorapp01-808’ (the last bit will be a little different for you, because it references the name of the Epicor Application Server).

It’s also possible in the sysconfig file to specify an alternate cache folder, so it the above doesn’t sort it then check to see if you have a different location.

Yes, delete/rename or move cache directory.as what @markdamen mentioned.
