I believe 5.2 runs with Crystal 8.5. Might be an issue if you open the
report with 8.0 when the .dbf files in the temporary folder are ready for
8.5.

On the font issue perhaps try installing the printer being used again on the
user's PC but use the simplest most generic driver possible. For instance,
for an HP laser use a HP II driver. Then try printing to that version of
the printer and see if it looks better. Crystal was apparently developed
and tested with only a handful of printers, mostly older. So it may be a
driver issue for that one user.

I have one user that has one field not displaying the right font out
of 45 users. We are using Vantage 5.2 and Crystal 8.0. Does anyone
have any suggestions what would cause this?
Also I keep getting an error message using Terminal server to
connect to vantage Specified ActiveX control is not registered or
the .ocx file was moved from where it was registered. I reoot the
Terminal Server and everything is ok for a while then it starts all
over again.
