Crystal Report asking for database login

Thanks for the help. I thought that may be what is happening.

If you're using the ODBC driver to pull additional tables for your report
you'll need to have it configured as a DSN on the local system. On EpicWeb
there's documentation on how to do that via a registry entry.

Can anyone tell me why my Crystal report would be asking for a database
login and password? It runs fine on the report writer's computer and on the
IT Director's computer but anyone else gets a box that asks for a login and
password.

We have created a new subreport in the Priority Dispatch Report and we are
accessing only one table, JOBPROD, and we use the ODBC driver. Any help
would be appreciated.

Hi Bethany,

>and we use the ODBC driver.
Is the ODBC data source set up on the client PCs?

And the userid on the clients ODBC settings set to "sysprogress' (or whatever yours is)?
