We have a windows 7 and windows 10 machines The EPICOR print preview for crystal reports is working fine on Windows 7 but very slow when I try to display it on windows 10.
Anybody have an idea of what the problem might be?
Any help with be greatly applreciated
A few things I look at first…
Which version of Crystal Reports?
Crystal Reports .NET runtime installed? Which SP?
System Monitor Configuration settings?
