Crystal reports 7.0 formatting

Thanks Wayne I kind of thought it had to be something simple, but not very

Change the font to a fixed-pitch one, like Courier.

I have a formatting question. I would like the Orddtl.linedesc which is a
memo type field to appear on my C.R. report as it does on the screen in
Vantage. It does not maintain the column alignment. I can paste it into a
notepad file and get the desired results, but pasting into Word gives the
same results as Crystal. Any help would be appreciated.
