A hunch 599 is either no printer or odbc issue.
Make sure you have your mfg file setup right it comes out of the box wrong
and you need to edit the last 4-5 lines of the mfg file
Ours looks like
MFGODBCpasswd=odbcuser
MFGODBCUser=odbcuser
MFGODBCDbse=mfgsys
MFGODBCServer=Progress Remote OID
NOTE; the ";" have been removed silly epicor comments them out!
If you add odbc to your report like did you have to configure the last
lines yourself but it is easy.

That did not help. I also downloaded the Crystal patches and still Vantage
locks up when I try to print an A/R invoice and/or a packing list. I have
now been on hold with support for almost 5 minutes. Of course I love to
listen to Norah Jones but this is getting ridiculous. Earlier today I tried
and after 10 minutes I had to finally hang up!
And to top it off, after correcting the location on the job traveler report,
now I am getting an error 599! Go figure!

Vantage: There is a setting you have to change for the A/R invoices,
support walked me through it -- I think it is in A/P for both A/P and A/R
--it is a weird thing, but go in and fish around, it is something about the
aging and once you change it, the invoices work...
You really might have some luck with support, they knew how to fix it, but
call financial, not tech.

We just upgraded from 5.2 to 6.1 also! And we have the same problem with
those 2 forms, only instead of the system locking up, Vantage closes. I
