When your in a formula-editing screen, look up in the "Function" Section,
under the heading "Print State". You'll find a whole bunch of reserved
words you can use in formula's such as: PageNumber, Previous(fld),
Next(fld), IsNull(fld), PreviousIsNull(fld), NextIsNull(fld),
TotalPageCount, PageNofM, RecordNumber, GroupNumber, OnFirstRecord, and
OnLastRecord.
These come in very handy for things like you are describing.
