Hello,

I've got a user that is receiving an error when they try to bring up a customer record in the Customer Entry screen. The message reads:

"You do not have permissions to this record."

Their security settings are the same as another user who is able to view customer records, so I am not sure why this is happening. Any ideas that you may have are appreciated. Thank you.
You're probably getting hit with the territory issue. Make sure there's an account setup for this user in Workforce with their Vantage userid as an authorized user of the workforce id, and give that workforce ID access to that territory (or all territories).

Subject: [Vantage] Customer Entry Permission Denied

Thank you.
