Customer tracker / You do not have permissions to this record

Oops. I take that back. That flag must be set for admin personnel as
well.

I must be thinking of something else. Sorry.

my customer id, I have this message for all customer : You do not have
permissions to this record.. In Vantage my security is security
manager. Is what I give another special security to access customer of
donnée tracker?

If you have CRM, assign your account to a workforce that can view all territories. We found out that with CRM installed, even the manager account can't access a customer record if it is assigned to a territory that the login account doesn't have CRM territory access.
