Territory error when adding Customer to new quote?

Solved... sort of.
I added the user ID as an "authorized user" to a Workforce that belonged to all the territories.

I guess I'll just have to keep wondering what changed.

Hi,

I've run out of things I can think of to check.
Wondering if anybody has seen this problem before.

I have a user who can start a new quote, but when they try to specify the Customer it generates a Territory error.
They can't continue with the quote.

I have verified the workforce & "View All Territories" is checked.
Also, other user IDs with the same security can enter quotes.
Just in case, I temporarily made this user ID a system administrator, same error.

V8.03.409C, Progress

Thanks
I ran into something very similar. I can't remember exactly what I did to fix it, but I remember that I had "View All Territories" checked. It turned out it was something in the Sales Territory settings that apparently ignored the "View All Territories" setting. Try adding the person as a Salesperson to every territory. If you have "Consolidate to Prime Salesperson" checked, uncheck it.

Thanks

I did one territory as a test.
Thanks, this lets the person enter the quote now.

I wonder what could have changed & why this was the only user effected. I have a support call open with Epicor. Hoping they have an answer because there are a lot of territories.
