Hello, I am trying to create a Customer Shipment Combined DMT and getting an error on the Serial Number selected.

DMT is selecting a Serial Number from Inventory instead of selecting the Serial Number from the Job?

The fields I’m using I believe explicitly state that I’m shipping from a Job and not from Inventory…

For SellingInventoryShipQty I have an explicit 0.
When manually creating the Pack Line the only user inputs I our system requires to ship from Job are bolded above.

I can’t seem to get around this. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I am having a similar problem in Epicor 10. I did notice in the Template builder that there are fields called ShipDtl#WIPBinNum and ShipDtl#WIPWarehouseCode. I already know that is not the problem, but wanted to at least share. I tried asking Epicor Support for assistance but that did not help. So perhaps increasing interactions here will helps. :slight_smile:
