We are having an issue un freighting a customer shipment (packing slip) Here is a video Any ideas why? It still shows on the sales order tracker as a shipment

You can only unfreight from the same station that freighted. It is not your situation, but there is a procedure to back out even manifested packs. KB0047536. You will need to make a correction workstation that is not manifest enabled, but staging and unstaging can get around most any stuck pack.
