Trying to ship and the ship ticket would not print but it shows up as friehgted. So, we went to unfrieght and it says invalid ship number. Any ideas? We can use our FedEx and UPS mangers outside of Epicor and we can get a ship ticket, but it won’t do it inside of Epicor without throwing an error. Any ideas?
In E9 you have to unfreight from the same packing station. Did you look in Insite manifest for the pack number using P and the number?
Sorry forgot to mention, we are using Epicor 10.1.400.19. Is this the same in Epicor 10 as in 9?
So Epicor EMAILED ME THIS AS A RESPONSE TO MY ISSUE:
You closed end of day for that carrier the shipment is not shipped in Manifest.
For # 1 - there is nothing you can do except clean up the pack and freight it under a new packing number
For # 2 - go in to manifest - ship it - then unfreight from Epicor
I don’t know if this is the same in 9 as 10, but most things are. The attached PDF is what we have done to undo these kinds of packouts.
