You can change a field smaller but you can’t change it larger than what the DB is set too.

I believe if you go the Extended Property Maintenance screen there is a format field that you can change that will override the default format length.

We want to increase the Draw# field a little longer (it point to the drawnum field in partrev table). I went to customization & increased the length on the interface & increase the field length on the table too. The field still does not accept more than 25 characters. Can anyone suggest if this is doable & how can this be done?
