I’m having trouble adding a report to a dashboard and I can only find some basic information in the ICE Tool User Guide. I am following the instructions and I can create the sample data and a Crystal Report and even upload it. But the Report View and Report Link options are gray out under the new button. Could it be something is not setup correctly in Epicor?
Also is it possible to add an SSRS report to a dashboard?
If you have the report hosted on a web site, you can add a URL link to your dashboard via creating a new URL/XSLT view:

It wasn’t but that may be another means to get the job done. What I would like to do is link reports to a dashboard and depending on the dashboard be able to highlight a record and print something like a sales order picklist or a job traveler.
You could look at context field maintenance if you are pulling an existing report, depending on what it is it might work. You could probably to a whole job traveler, but you would have to filter out by assembly sequence if you wanted to go farther than that without customization.
