Data Collection user cannot logout of labor

Sounds like you need to call support to get he endact utility program.

Vantage 5.1

I have an interesting dilemma, one of my employees is clocked into a labor
setup and cannot log out. It shows he's in setup twice and no job no or
operation number is showing. When I try to log him out it says no operation
exists and unable to proceed. Employee logout is not an option. Any ideas
how to "force" the closure of these entries?

Darren,
You will need to contact Epicor for a compiled procedure to close his
transactions.

-Darren, We experience this also. We are running on 6.1, but have
experienced it since 5.1. The fix you will probably need is
called "endact". Call support and they will give you the
instructions on how to run it. (first be sure this is your problem,
as this fix comes with warnings, but it always worked fine for us.
Usually the person will not be able to log out for the day either.
The fix has an expiration date which they will give you with the
fix. Works well, but you will need to reenter the labor transaction
they were stuck on as in our case it was lost (so note what it was).

Since I'm not on maintenance I doubt they will help me. Any other
ideas...lol
