Give Epicor a call, I think they have a program you can run thru the Vantage
basic command window to correct this.

Subject: [Vantage] User can't clock out
We are running on Vantage 5.10.128 (Progress 9.1c. - Patch p91c23). I have
a someone that seems to be clocked in, but cannot clock out. He is listed
but does not have a clock-in time under "Data Collection" screen. Jobs can
be entered and removed under this user. However, if you try to clock-out
with this user, the workstation will lockup every time. We have tried to
clock him out at several workstations. I've tried shutting down the
database and restarting with no luck. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks
in advance.
